Disk Brake Cylinder Kits

BCY-1
A WABCO/Budd disk brake cylinder assembly kit consisting of the fasteners required to assemble a typical disk brake cylinder. Parts included: 3 x 1/2"-13, plated steel, elastic stop nut; 3 x 17/32" I.D. x 1-1/16" O.D. x 13/64" th., load distributing, zinc chromate plated, flat washer; 3 x 1/2"-13 x 2-1/2" Grade 5 cap screw. $6.00

BCY-2
A WABCO/Budd disk brake cylinder pin retainer kit consisting of the fasteners required to secure a typical disk brake cylinder pin in place. Parts included: 1 x 5/32" x 2", plated steel, cotter pin; 1 x 3/4"-10 castellated (slotted lock) nut; 1 x 13/16" I.D. x 1-15/32" O.D., plated steel, flat washer; 1 x 0.935" pin dia., 0.125" wire sz., 1-1/4" ht., s.s. spring. Note that you can reuse the old springs from the pins if they are not too badly corroded, in which case, kit BCY-3 contains all of the other parts. Also note that you will need two kits for each cylinder. $7.50

BCY-3 A WABCO/Budd disk brake cylinder pin retainer kit (see picture of kit BCY-2) consisting of the fasteners (except for the spring) required to secure a typical disk brake cylinder pin in place. Parts included: 1 x 5/32" x 2", plated steel, cotter pin; 1 x 3/4"-10 castellated (slotted lock) nut; 1 x 13/16" I.D. x 1-15/32" O.D., plated steel, flat washer. Note that you will need two kits for each cylinder. $1.80

BCY-4
A WABCO/Budd disk brake cylinder boot clamping band used to secure the rubber boots to either the brake cylinder head or the piston. The clamping band is a 0.31" (7.8mm) x 26.81" (681mm), 304 stainless tie-wrap-type band that can be applied with ordinary hand tools. The band will clamp up to 7.99" (203mm) in diameter and will clamp either end of the rubber brake cylinder boot. Note that you will initially need two clamping bands for each cylinder. The band from the brake head end can be carefully cut off and reused for the piston end, in subsequent cylinder rebuilds. $1.40

Microphor Rubber Kits

URB-1
A 70 Durometer, Buna-N rubber kit containing all of the O-rings needed to rebuild one regular Microphor A.W.S. valve spool, one pushbutton, one air cylinder and the flapper crank in the ejection chamber. O-rings included: 1 x 2-008; 1 x 2-011; 3 x 2-012; 1 x 2-018; 2 x 2-023; 1 x 2-109; 1 x 2-111; 6 x 2-113; 1 x 2-130; 1 x 2-217; 1 x 2-309. Note that, if you have an extended A.W.S. valve spool, you will need the URB-5 kit, containing one quad-ring too. $2.00

URB-2 The 70 Durometer, Buna-N O-ring used to seal the stainless steel toilet bowl to the top of the ejection chamber of the LF-310 and LF-320 toilets. The O-ring included in this kit is: 2-238. $0.40

URB-3 The 70 Durometer, Buna-N O-ring used to seal the two halves of the LF-310 and LF-320 toilet ejection chambers together. The O-ring included in this kit is: 2-271. $1.70

URB-4 A 70 Durometer, Buna-N rubber kit containing the three critical O-rings needed to rebuild the Wilkerson F.R.L. commonly used with Microphor toilets. O-rings included: 1 x 2-010; 1 x 2-024; 1 x 2-026. Also included: a new nylon oil supply tube to replace the tube in the oiler, since the original was prone to soften and disintegrate $0.40

URB-5 The 70 Durometer, Buna-N quad-ring used at the top of the spool for the extended spool A.W.S. valves only. If you do not have an extended valve spool (newer models) with a quad ring at the top, do not order this kit. The quad-ring included in this kit is: Q4113. $0.90

Note: The only rubber we don't sell is the molded Flapper Seal (#27207), which you'll need to get from Microphor. This is a specialty part that Microphor has molded just for them and which cannot be obtained from regular O-ring suppliers.

Air Filter Frames

FFR-1
Carbon steel filter frames can be fabricated in any size up to 24" x 24" (length plus width must be less than 48") and in thicknesses of 2" or 4". These frames are of heavy construction and are painted with two coats of epoxy (gray). Specify size and direction of air flow. $150

FFR-2 Carbon steel filter frames can also be fabricated in any size up to 48" x 48" and in thicknesses of 2" or 4". These frames employ angle iron on one side and are painted with two coats of epoxy (gray). Specify size and direction of air flow. $250

FFR-3
Lower cost galvanized steel filter frames can be fabricated in any size up to 24" x 24" (length plus width must be less than 48") and in thicknesses of 2" or 4". These frames are of lighter but still sturdy construction and are unpainted. Specify size. $100
